Pole buildings never looked so good! Located in Talbot County, Cordova, Maryland, this spacious pole barn provides an open area on first floor as well as plenty of room on the 2nd floor. These gambrel trusses allow for a much larger area on the 2nd floor than standard attic trusses. What could you do with an extra 936 square feet?
There's plenty of natural light in this pole barn from the windows throughout the building, and in the entry doors, overhead doors and the dormers. The carriage style overhead doors add a touch of class to this already beautiful building. Having the double bubble vapor barrier and insulation in this building keeps condensation from dripping off the roof when weather conditions create it. Double bubble also helps keep the building cooler in summer and quieter in the rain. What more could you ask for in a pole barn - storage, beauty and affordability!

Located in Kent County, Harrington, Delaware, this combination pool house & storage pole building serves this family well. While enjoying the swimming pool, this pole shed offers a porch to sit under as well as an area for changing rooms and even a powder room and a room for a shower. There's also plenty of room for storage of pool equipment, lawn care equipment or whatever doesn't fit in the attic. The overhead door and slider door allows easy access into the building for equipment or for people. The windows in this versatile pole barn allow much natural light into the building as well as provide ventilation of the building when they are opened. The cupola and weathervane add the finishing touches to this versatile, well-equipped pole building. Versatility never looked so good!

This versatile building is located in Chesapeake City, Maryland. It is a multi-use building which functions well as a garage, pool house, and storage building. The types of doors and windows used in this building adds to the eye-appeal, along with the wainscot (two-colored metal panels) used on the sides of the building. It has a 6' lean-to on one eave side and a 2' eyebrow on the gable end above the overhead door.

It's hard to believe that this beautiful building is a pole building! Located in Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, this post frame construction has a shingle roof, vinyl siding, and stone veneer finish. The steeper pitch of the roof along with the 12” overhang, Dutch corners on overhead door openings, and the raised panel shutters make this building quite a good looker. Windows in the building and the entry door allow added light into the garage without even flipping a switch. This unique pole building shows how easy and affordable a good-looking garage can be!

Wow, what an incredible example of what can be done with post frame construction (aka pole buildings)! This pole building has many special features in the basic construction done by Kramer Konstruction. The specifications listed below were provided by Kramer Konstruction.
A unique feature of this building is the tri-level construction which uses the uneven slope of the terrain to the customer's advantage. By digging out the dirt in a particular section and building a retaining wall, a partial sub-level is created which houses the garage and equipment storage area. The first floor area is the main living area and houses the game room & kitchen areas. And the attic area provides additional space for bedrooms, more storage, or whatever other use suits your needs.

The Dutch Corners on the openings of the overhead doors and the steeper pitch of the roof add the "homey" look to this already great looking pole building. The 9-lite entry door and window in the gable end enhance the warm, down-home look to this unique pole building.
