Located in Talbot County, Cordova, Maryland, this pole barn is not only good-looking but it is also spacious with an open area on first floor as well as plenty of room on the 2nd floor. These gambrel trusses allow for a much larger area on the 2nd floor than standard attic trusses. What could you do with an extra 936 square feet? Wow, what an incredible example of what can be done with post frame construction (aka pole buildings)! This pole building has many special features in the basic construction done by Kramer Konstruction. The specifications listed below were provided by Kramer Konstruction. A unique feature of this building is the tri-level construction which uses the uneven slope of the terrain to the customer's advantage. By digging out the dirt in a particular section and building a retaining wall, a partial sub-level is created which houses the garage and equipment storage area. The first floor area is the main living area and houses the game room & kitchen areas. And the attic area provides additional space for bedrooms, more storage, or whatever other use suits your needs.

Storage and Office Space – 30’ x 72’ with 4/12 Pitch
Located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, this multi-use pole building provides for the many needs for home or business. This pole building has office space with several windows which brighten the room and a nine-lite entry door which enables easy access. It also has an area inside the building to be used for storage or as a garage for equipment, inventory, and vehicles. The two large overhead doors make entrance into the building easy for whatever size items need to go in or out. Additional storage outside the building, while still under roof, provides protection from the elements and provides easy access to equipment and vehicles. The wainscot adds a special touch that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
