"Good looking and user friendly" best describes this horse barn with stalls, wash room, tack room, lean-to’s and hay storage. These customers are located in Centreville, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. To say that these customers are thrilled with our pole barn home for their horses would be an understatement. The two lean-to’s, one on each eave side, adds to the usable area for the horses and equipment to be protected and kept out of the elements. The Cross-Buck split slider doors on each gable end allow for easy entrance and exit for equipment, people and animals alike. The smaller Cross-Buck door in the top of the gable end allows for ventilation, but is primarily used for access to the hay storage area in the attic of the pole barn. Inside the building, the different size horse stalls make possible accommodating the needs of different size horses or ponies. The ship-lap boards that Kramer Konstruction uses in the tack room looks great and are very durable. This good-looking tack room is also spacious which allows for plenty of storage for all the equipment. Kramer Konstruction uses glass-board material to line the washroom which doesn't rust even when the inevitable dent or ding occurs. This beautiful and functional pole barn is only one of the several buildings that Kramer Konstruction has built for this very satisfied customer! All the buildings that have been built for this customer are located in Oxford, Talbot County, Maryland. This animal-friendly pole building is home to horses and cattle alike. The various size Cross-Buck doors and slider doors make entering and exiting easy, even for the large pieces of equipment needed on a functioning farm.

The gable lean-to, and the eave lean-to and the 6’ cantilever all provide additional space for storage equipment as well as protection from rain and sun for the animals. The steeper than normal roof pitch provides room in the trusses for additional storage; hay, light-weight equipment or any other items that need to be stored are kept there. On a working farm such as this, the wainscot adds practicality, not just the obvious aesthetics. If a piece of the side metal gets kicked or dinged, it is easier to replace a 3’ section than an entire piece of side metal. The cupolas and weathervane add the finishing touches to this very functional and great-looking equestrian building.

This run-in shed is one of the several building projects that Kramer Konstruction has done for this customer who is located in Oxford, Talbot County, Maryland. Horses, cattle, sheep, and goats alike will enjoy the protection from the elements that this run-in pole shed provides. The two color side metal (called wainscot) on the gable ends looks great, but it also is practical. When a piece of the side metal gets the inevitable ding or dent, it is easier to replace a 3’ section than an entire piece of side metal. The cupola and weathervane add the final touch of class!
